EMPLOYER’S PART

DEMAND LETTER

The employer /Principal will formally issue a demand letter in favour of Indian Overseas Services, New Delhi stating:

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE - DOCUMENTATION

The employer and IOS should execute an agreement between them stating adequately the terms and conditions regarding demand and supply of workforce. This agreement should be signed by both the parties towards acceptance of stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower deal will be executed.

POWER OF ATTORNEY

The employer / principal will issue a letter of authority in favour of Indian Overseas Services addressed to the Consulate General of the concerned Embassy in India, informing that IOS is their manpower recruiting agent fully authorised to deal with all visa matters, submissions and delivery.

    We prefer selection of applicant either by the employer or his authorized representative. Arrangement of their accommodation, transport and all other logistic support required for the purpose are provided. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of candidates, we will be more than happy to conduct the process with the help of our team of experts.

    Negotiation and Offer letter

    Medical Checkup: After final selection we send the candidates for medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of the country of employment.

  • Step 7

    Application for Visa Endorsement for selected candidatesin the respective Embassy as authorized by the employer.

  • Step 8

    Ticketing and Emigration: After clearance of all necessary traveling formalities, we facilitate ticketing as per joining schedule. We obtain Emigration Clearance from the concerned Govt. Dept. for the candidates.

    IOS provides basic guide lines to workers before travelling abroad. The workers are informed about their duties and responsibilities while abroad and first hand information of work environment there & salient features of labor laws of the country of employment.
