Late Mr Abdul Wakeel Ansari

Mr. Wakeel Ansari was a visionary entrepreneur and an accomplished recruitment professional with over 36 years of experience in providing manpower consultancy services to global organizations. Throughout his distinguished career, he helped businesses enhance their efficiency and productivity by connecting them with exceptional talent, while creating life-changing opportunities for thousands of job seekers.

Fluent in Arabic and educated in the Middle East, Mr. Wakeel possessed a deep understanding of the region’s business culture and workforce requirements. Driven by his vision, he founded Indian Overseas Services (IOS) with the mission of delivering ethical, reliable, and world-class recruitment solutions. Under his leadership, IOS grew into one of India’s leading overseas recruitment agencies.

He built enduring relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and professionalism, serving organizations across sectors including Banking, Insurance, Oil & Gas, FMCG, Construction, Healthcare, and Hospitality.

Mr. Wakeel also served as the President of the Association of Overseas Recruiting Agents (AORA), New Delhi, from 2010, where he played a significant role in promoting ethical recruitment practices and guiding the overseas recruitment industry.

Although Mr. Wakeel Ansari is no longer with us, his vision, values, and legacy continue to inspire the team at IOS and remain the foundation of the organization’s continued success.

Mr Jamal Uddin Maqsood Ahmad

Mr.Jamal Uddin Maqsood Ahmad is an experienced and motivated Director with exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities around the globe for last 4 decades holding Omani Nationality is one of the most valuable member of Indian Overseas Services holds the powerfull post of Managing Director. Working with global business enterprises in enhancing their efficiency and productivity by providing manpower consultancy services. He has tremendous experience dealing with large corporations, mid-size companies, small enterprises and most importantly job seekers in each and every sector around the globe. He owns many companies few are mentioned below around the globe.

1.Al Midhwaa Trading and Contracting Company is involved in trading and construction sector from past 3 decades based in Sultanat Of Oman.

2.Al Fadhail United International is involved in mining, gold trading, construction, medical equipment and oil field sector from past 2 decades based in Sultanat Of Oman and U.A.E.

3.Jamal Al Midhwaa Tradinng and Contracting is involved in petrochemical recycling and construction sector from past 4 decades based in Sultanat Of Oman and K.S.A.

Mr Binyamin Ansari

Managing Director

Over the past 15 years, he has held various roles in the field of human resources and currently works as a Managing Director at Indian Overseas Services. He has a proven track record of planning and implementing successful recruitment campaigns for several notable enterprises based in GCC countries.

Mr Binyamin has been instrumental in developing the company, given his knowledge, contacts, great communication skills, and strong belief in principles. He devotes all his efforts to the betterment of the services provided by Indian Overseas Services. All the campaigns and operations run by IOS are carried out under his supervision.

Mr Danish Farooq

Before joining Indian Overseas Services, He worked with several leading international recruitment agencies in higher positions. He has over 16 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, mobilizing the necessary workforce for interviews, coordinating and organizing interviews, and is very well versed with pre-and-post selection processes.

Possessing strong leadership skills and communication skills, he is quite energetic and comes up with a solution in times when things seem to be slipping away. Over the years, he has been a valuable member of the Indian Overseas Services team.

At the Indian Overseas Services, he is responsible for pre-and-post manpower selection operations, especially for the Ministry of Health, Saudi Arabia. The team he is heading is composed of many hardworking men and women.

Mr Abdullah Ansari

Operations Manager – Private

His name is familiar with the Indian Overseas Services. He has been an integral part of Indian Overseas Services since it was established in 1990. An energetic man, he remained there with Mr Abdul Wakeel Ansari, CEO, during the ups and downs of this company. Having over thirty years of experience in the international recruitment process, Mr Abdullah possesses very rich experience in the domain. He is credited with sending hundreds of thousands of Indian workers to various regions abroad.

He is currently looking after the pre-and-post recruitment processes for various companies and establishments working in the private sector in all GCC countries. He also possesses very strong connections all over India with people who can mobilize a large number of workers in a very limited time.

Mr Arshad Ansari
