Wakeel Ansari – Executive Bio

Mr. Wakeel Ansari has more than 25 years of experience working with global business enterprises in enhancing their efficiency and productivity by providing manpower consultancy services. He has tremendous experience dealing with large corporations, mid-size companies, small enterprises and most importantly job seekers.

Mr. Wakeel who speaks fluent Arabic, was educated in the Middle East which has enabled him to have deeper insights into how organizations in the region functions. His vision of creating Indian Overseas Services (IOS) is to deliver unmatched service to maximize the potential and bottom line of organizations by providing quality manpower. In the process, he has turned IOS into one of the leading employment service provider in the country today.

Mr. Wakeel strongly believes in building client relations based on deep trust and strong ethical principles. He has a wealth of experience dealing with organizations in different sectors ranging from Banking to Insurance, Oil and Gas, FMCG, Construction sector and Hospitality industry to name a few.

He is currently heading the Association of Overseas Recruiting Agents, New Delhi from 2010 as President giving valuable guidance to the whole recruiting industry in general.


Roy Kurian – Executive Bio

Mr. Roy Kurian comes with 20 years of experience working in various leadership roles with Maersk Group, a diversified global Fortune 500 company with interests in Shipping and Transportation, Ports, Logistics and Oil Exploration.

At Maersk, Roy worked in various roles ranging from Liner Shipping Operations, Equipment Management and Repairs, Depot Management, Cost Management and Port Operations. In APM Terminals where he spent 12 years of his career, he was instrumental and integral part of the management team that built the biggest container terminal operation in India today.

He has extensive experience in Project Management, Operation Start-up, Vessel and Yard Operations, Labour wage negotiations and Process Excellence. He was instrumental in defining many of the operational standards required for a high performance terminal in his previous job role. He has wealth of experience within the Operations domain and has managed the Stevedoring and Planning Function of the APMT Mumbai terminal from the year 2011 till recently. He has spearheaded many Process Excellence projects using Lean Six Sigma to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

In APM Terminals global portfolio, Roy has done short term assignments at Salalah - Oman, Tanjung Pelepas - Malaysia and has also been part of the global team involved in Transformation project to improve efficiency at Pier 400 Terminal, Port of Los Angeles, USA along with Boston Consultancy Group.


Veton Kodra – Executive Bio

Veton is a devoted professional with over 15 years of diverse career background, holding managerial positions in several departments with special interest in Human Resources (Training & Development and Recruitment) and Sales.

During his career he has held positions in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain, Market Research, and Public Opinion Research.

Working in multicultural environments with international organizations such as: Leoron Professional Development Institute; Ecolog International; USAID; T-Mobile, International Republican Institute, has provided him the opportunity to develop a strong and diverse network of professionals from the Human Resources Industry.

Veton is responsible for the Indian Overseas Services business development operations in Europe. He holds a degree in History and English Language and Literature. .


Anil Malik – Executive Bio

is a Business professional with over 25 years’ experience in International Trade Consulting , Manpower and Staffing Solutions , Brand Building , Business Development , Marketing , Research , Feasibility , Product launch , joint Venture , Representation Services …. till date .

Worked with Multinationals from Europe, USA , Middle East as Business Development Consultant for these companies setting up in India and Represented Indian companies for Technological joint Ventures with Foreign companies .

Manpower sector is one of the core Business vertical he is handling presently in partnership with other director of Indian Overseas Services and looing after Europe and Middle East marketing as well as executing the projects from India for the clients.

Exposure and Projects handled with clients from Canada , U. K , France , Holland , Sweden , Denmark , Italy , Austria , Germany , Poland , Spain , Greece , Macedonia , Turkey , UAE , Singapore , Malaysia , Thailand , Nepal.
